Ansher Real Estate was established in 2006 to provide real estate services for foreign and local investment partners. Initially, company started its operations with Tashkent high-end residential and commercial real estate and later expanded its operations into all major real estate services, including valuation of real estate properties, conducting in-depth analysis of property markets across Central Asian region, rendering brokerage activities, due diligence of potential real estate investments, deal structuring, negotiation, execution and coordination of transactions,  restructuring of enterprises, obtaining necessary project documentation, as well as structuring project financing. In fact, Ansher Real Estate became the first real estate company in Uzbekistan that has made a primary approach to catch the attention of foreign investors towards significantly undervalued prices for real estate property in the region. In a short period of time, Ansher Real Estate has become very successful in advising both international and local investors across property markets in Central Asia and Uzbekistan in particular.

The year 2006 was undoubtedly the most remarkable year for the region’s real estate market. For example, in Tashkent prices on real estate properties had a skyrocketing growth of over 200%, the highest growth rate recorded among CIS cities and this trend continued in 2007, although with slower pace. Ansher Real Estate made full use of this opportunity by wisely and selectively advising as well as investing itself in several undervalued properties. Ansher Real Estate became the leading company in linking investments with real estate projects in Central Asia and Caucasus market. 


Ansher Real Estate team has experience in both in sell side and buy side. On the sell side we participate as a broker and advisor in restructuring state-owned companies with distressed assets. On the buy side we provide thorough information and investment rationale, as well as brokerage services to the potential buyers of the properties.
