In effort to improve the efficiency of Ansher Fund Management, Board of Directors of Ansher Holding Limited adopted the Resolution to dismiss Mr. Alisher Djumanov from position of Managing Partner of Ansher Fund Management as of December 30, 2007. Based on the same Resolution, Mr. Alisher Djumanov was dismissed from the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ansher Group AG.

Mr. Ravshan Yunusov has been appointed as a new Managing Director of Ansher Fund Management, whereas Mr. Khurshid Kholov has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer and Mr. Djakhangir Mamadjanov has been appointed as Chief Operation Officer at Ansher Fund Management. Moreover, Mr. Djamshid Abdurasulov and Mr. Marat Utegenov have joined Ansher Fund Management as investment analysts, which will further enhance the team’s performance.      

One of the key objectives of new team of professionals is to ensure more efficient operation of Ansher Fund Management and to increase the performance of assets under management (AUM).

Mr. Ravshan Yunusov

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Ansher Fund Management, Mr. Yunusov worked as General Director of Ansher Capital. Under his effective management, Ansher Capital managed to secure key positions not only in Uzbekistan but throughout Central Asia. Mr. Yunusov has extensive experience in financial and banking sectors of Uzbekistan. Mr. Yunusov received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance at Texas A&M University (USA) and MA in International Economic Relations at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Uzbekistan).

 

Mr. Khurshid Kholov

Prior to appointment as CIO at Ansher Fund Management, Mr. Kholov has worked as Chief Analyst where he was oversaw the investments in Central Asia since inception of the Company. Prior to joining Ansher FM Mr. Kholov has occupied several key management positions at Asher Group, including Chairman of Ansher Invest and Deputy General Director of Ansher Capital being responsible for investment banking department. Mr. Kholov has received his Degrees of Bachelor of Business Administration from Tashkent State Technical University (Uzbekistan) and from University of South Carolina (USA).

 

 Mr. Djakhangir Mamadjanov

Mr. Mamadjanov has worked as General Director of Ansher Real Estate. Under his management Ansher Real Estate was able to increase its profits dramatically while the company had become one of the leading brokerage companies in the real estate market. Mr. Mamadjanov has an extensive experience in financial and banking sector of Uzbekistan. He has obtained Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Alabama in Huntsville (USA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.
