Offered position: Analyst/ Analysis and Research Department - Ansher Capital Uzbekistan

Description of responsibilities:
•Search of analysis and research projects in Uzbekistan and abroad, participation in formation of orders portfolio ;
•Preparation analytical reports for different markets and spheres;
•Preparation of annual and monthly reports;
•Conducting industry and market research;
•Conducting research on financial and economic activity of Uzbek companies and enterprises;
•Preparation of presentation and analytical notes for projects and financial products and services of a Company;
•Monitoring of changes in economic legislation, preparation of proposals;
•Participation in projects of international financial institutions (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, etc.);
•Participation in development of new financial products and services for company clients;

Requirements:
•Degree in Economics and/or Finance. Education at recognized western university would be an advantage;
•Experience in financial services industry minimum 2 years (mainly in commercial banking, marketing and research);
•Analytical thinking, ability to solve complex and non-standard financial problems;
•Ability to work in stress environment, result oriented;
•Excellent communicative skills, ability to convince people;
•Competent, good speech, knowledge of business correspondence rules in English, Uzbek and Russian languages;
•Excellent knowledge of economic and securities market terminology in English, Uzbek and Russian;
•Experienced user of personal computer (excellent knowledge MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word);

Offered position: Manager/ Investment Banking Department - Ansher Capital Uzbekistan

Description of responsibilities:
•Search of investment banking projects in Uzbekistan and abroad, participation in formation of orders portfolio;
•Sale organization of stocks, real estate and other entities of enterprises to Uzbek and foreign investors, participation in structuring transactions;
•Rendering services to Uzbek and foreign investors (banks, investment funds, private investors, etc.) on search of entities (stocks, real estate, etc.) to invest;
•Organization of various financing (corporate bonds, syndicated loans, notes, etc.) for Uzbek and foreign enterprises;
•Organization of equity financing (share issue, IPO, private placement at local and foreign stock exchanges, etc.) for Uzbek and foreign enterprises;
•Participation in structuring and conducting of transactions on merges and acquisitions for enterprises and institutional investors;
•Conducting of various types of enterprises and projects analysis, preparation of presentations on projects and offers;
•Participation in projects of international financial institutions (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, etc.);
•Participation in development of new financial products and services for company clients;

Ihre Aufgaben:
Als Buchhalter/in führen Sie die Finanzbuchhaltung. Sie übernehmen die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, bereiten das Reporting nach SWISS GAAP und IFRS auf.
 
Was Sie mitbringen:
Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grund- und betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (FA Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, HF) sowie einige Jahre Praxis im Finanzbereich. Sie besitzen gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch & in Englisch. Sie sind eine zuverlässige, kommunikative, flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
